From start to finish I cannot fault the great service offered by Helmores. In particular, Mike Thierens, made the whole process smooth, managing the Let effortlessly. Communications were excellent. Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
