Overall service was good however staff were slow to respond to emails and phone calls. We were offered a viewing by Rhena within 10 minutes of arrival and placed an offer on a property. Despite enthusiasm from staff we were rejected by the landlord due to the proposed length of tenancy. On our second visit we were greeted by Kirsty who was very helpful and arranged for 2 viewings straight away. We were provided with transport to and from the properties in addition to a comprehensive customer journey. Kirsty was very informative and knowledgeable regarding the two properties and also very helpful throughout the referencing process.
