I have used these agents to rent my property in Ruislip Court. The whole process was effortless. I was impressed with the marketing and responsible choice of tenant who was suitably vetted. They manage my property and have dealt with any problems that have arisen efficiently and with little input from me which is what I wanted when I asked them to manage my property. They are easy to contact and I have nothing but positive feedback for them. I feel my property is in very safe hands with Greenfields.

Comment on agent fees
Agent charged us £300 for our referencing fees. They have now withdrawn our tenancy and will not refund. Although clearly in their invoice it states "Fee is refundable if landlord or agent make the decision not to proceed"
