Am property management in Reading/Tilehurst is the most useless letting agent I have encountered , houses are overpriced and their manager is the least helpful, *only interested in the money and certainly not the tenants. On top of it she ** tried to charge fees that are not mentioned anywhere in the letting contract. Stay away

Unfortunately this tenant vacated earlier than the minimum term and did not like the fact that we were unable to re-let the property as soon as she would have liked so was therefore held to term. There was also a pet involved that put a lot of potential tenants off the property as the house smelled very strongly of dog so carpets had to be professionally cleaned. The last month's rent was not paid by the tenant either so the majority of the deposit was requested for these payments.
