This agency has been absolutely terrible. It always took them more than 3 days and 5 phone calls to respond to urgent problems in the flat. They are absolutely impossible to talk to and communicate with! Plus they took money off my deposit without my consent!! They justified the deduction by saying that they need to professionally clean some appliances. However, those appliances were very dirty when I got in the flat!! I don't care how good the flat looks, if they are managing it, don't rent it!!!
