Thank you Waterfalls. Dean and Bianca have been amazing from start to finish. Nothing too much trouble and everything done with a smile, great communication and superb customer service we can't recommend them highly enough. Would definitely use Waterfalls again.

Dear Mr Plummer, I'm sorry you've felt the need to write regarding your experience at Highway House. I thought I'd reply to put a different perspective on what happened though.
I understand the shower needed a new part, which despite the contractor trying to source the new part, sadly that process took time, and as a result a new shower was fitted. We had to follow our landlords instructions to investigate the problem before a new shower was fitted. I should point out that there was another ...
