Our daughter had her eyes on one of the property as it was convenient to her work.
Now can you imagine our delight when we secured the DEAL .All with the support and quick thinking H
He informed me that there are some 5/7 prospective clients who have arranged viewings. But a gamble / Big Gamble on offering a higher offer we were delighted that it was accepted by the Vendor, which H than confirmed the property had been removed for viewing.This was all done on the phone
Oh we had to send evidence of our Finances to H .
From then on it was full steam ahead to exchange that took place some 3 months. from when our offer was accepted
On Completion/obtaining the keys to our daughter new place was as easy as ABC again all due to H being on the Ball and always contactable
I cannot speak highly enough on H on Quay Property as a Company
I would definetly use them again, in fact H has in some way become a friend.
