Genuinely ridiculous. After trying to call 7 times, leaving 2 call requests on the phone and 2 via email to just VIEW a flat I heard nothing from them for a month. I finally went to a branch in Swaffham where the person was very helpful and apologetic, managed to get through and arrange a viewing for this flat in a week's time. All was fine, except the viewing was then cancelled the night before because they only had one person in and they couldn't leave the office. Look, I get that being understaffed is a pain, but if the branch is too understaffed to be working, it should just shut down. Completely unproffessional.
