I have worked with Williams Harlow several times now with my local development projects, a 100% success rate will see us continue to do so. With very helpful staff throughout the company and competitive prices too, i have recommended them several times to friends and family who have also been more than happy with the service they provide.

Every lettings agent is trying to do their best, I do understand this, however writing to a property six times in a week is just being a nuisance and is on the verge of harassment - if I thought it was worth contacting Williams Harlow ...

Firstly thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. As you have decided to do so in a public domain we will respond for the benefit of record and our customers.
You are correct that it is important for us to be proactive in the search for new rental properties. We operate in a very completive market and any agent who does not proactively seek out new property and promote their services will simply not survive.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
