Worst renting experience ever and the worst end of tenancy. They provided us with a check out agency that did a sloppy job and then when we complained that the checkout report is ridiculous they just said it wasn't their problem and we have to deal with the people they hired! We had to go to tds to resolve the dispute as Dexters expected us to pay the random amount of money they came up based on a fake check out report and without providing us any proves how they calculated the amount and the agent was so sloppy that she provided the wrong tenancy agreement document, fabricated some last minute emails. During the whole tenancy and especially in the end it was very obvious that the only concern of Dexters and their agents is how to extort you into getting more money out of your pocket (both the tenants and the landlords) without actually providing any service. Better save some money and nerves and find another agent and check very, very carefully all the little details in the agreements with them
