Let my property through them and received appalling service.
They moved the tenant in without telling me, provided a rubbish inventory done without any input from me and then extended the tenant's tenancy without asking me.
They also failed to inspect the property during the course of the tenancy.
They fail to respond to complaints and are extremely dismissive and arrogant.
Just awful, the whole experience has been a stressful nightmare.
Steer well clear.
