We had the limited pleasure dealing with them they are unfortunately only interested in getting your house listed on the market with them . Not really interested in selling the property , had problems booking viewing staff doesn't respond to emails or rightmove request for viewings, I guess if i had a house for sale they would be more helpful but it's not good for sellers as we are serious buyers with deposit mortage waiting just don't need to sell but straggling to get even a viewing with them. Unless something doesn't sell they might give us a call or drop an email.. Other agents in town are much better and responsive in my experience. And we had bought properties through them and will probably discourage others to use giggs in the future. Every time even a nice house comes up with Giggs my wife is even reluctant to deal with them. I still try to contact them but so far getting service next to none will probably stop bother now unless they change their attitude.
