This agent has stolen landlords rent money and tenants deposits. They have not returned keys or private files to landlords. They should be prosecuted and never allowed to work in real estate again. Their names are Wendy Greenberry and Emma Greenberry.

Emma - that is not true. My multiple emails to you guys have gone unanswered. Your office is vacated. Your phone is not being answered. I have no idea where my House keys or documents are. They have not been posted to my home address. September's rent was never paid into my bank. My tenants deposit is missing and was not registered with any of the 3 protection schemes (which is should have been under law). So that is theft and it's fraud and frankly awful, irresponsible customer service. FYI, my tenants contract has YOUR name on it. So you and Wendy have committed theft and you have let me, and others people down. You should be ashamed.

Have gone bust. Wendy has not lodged deposits with protected approved accounts. She has also taken rent from tenants and not passed it to landlords........She has disappeared and will not answer calls/emails...
