Of the three agents selected Greene & Co offered what turned out to be the most market sensitive although not the highest valuation. They proved to be assiduous in assisting us to achieve it. We felt them client rather than commission oriented and they never attempted to pressure us into accepting an offer that drifted much from that originally advised. Their marketing, in terms of getting suitable people through the door rather than simply producing a slick brochure, was excellent and we were never asked to show potential purchasers round the property ourselves. They also worked closely with our solicitors through the usual post survey end of process negotiations proving themselves to be tenacious and realistic throughout.
