Overall very satisfied. There were some issues with damp when we moved in although these were more down to the property itself than the agents fault, although it did take a few back and forths to get these resolved they were eventually dealt with to the best of their abilities.
General repairs were dealt with promptly, even when a whole new bathroom ceiling was required due to damp issues this was done within a reasonable timeframe. The two workers who do the majority of their replies are both very courteous and nice guys.
Very pleased to receive whole deposit back - although the property was well looked after and cleaned this is never a given and we were prepared to get stung, but from our experience and looking at previous reviews this is not Kinglset's way. Extremely happy with this.
When we had issues with getting locked out of flat, they were always round in a reasonable time to assist.
Overall very pleased with the service from Kingslet, only thing that prevented getting 5*s is that often when we spoke on phone and I requested they would follow up via email they never did. As someone who likes things in writing this was a little disappointing.
But this doesn't take away from an overall positive experience with a company who were very pleasant to deal with.
