I am a tenant as I own and live in an apartment managed by HLM.
Just to echo what everyone else has said about HLM - They are a complete waste of time. The only regular correspondance they send are the service charge bills. It is a complete battle to get them to organise any maintenance work and they will ignore any communications. You never see regular accounts, and the ones they do send are invariably incorrect and never itemised.
Organising your first AGM is a complete pain as HLM try to avoid this at all costs. They rarely come to the site to check up on it. They will happily run the company out of money without any discussions with owners or making proactive descisions. We thought things would change as HLM is now owned by Countrywide, but they are just as bad as before. Avoid HLM at all costs.
My advice: Get on the board of directors of your company and appoint a new management company soon as possible.
