If this does not resolve your
issue then you can refer the case to
[email protected]. We are part of The Property
Ombudsman (TPO) scheme, a government approved Ombudsman that specialises in the
property market. If you do not feel that we have been able to resolve your
problems even after the above processes are followed then you can request a
letter that entitles you to refer the matter to TPO within six months for
review. For the avoidance of doubt, The Property Ombudsman will only review
complaints made by consumers and not agencies. More information is available
here http://www.tpos.co.uk/index.htm However we would like to
reassure you that we take great pride in our customer service and so we will
endeavour to deal with any problems as quickly as possible. We would expect to
be able to resolve your issues quickly and at the first stage of this process.
Thanks for taking the time to reply. I don't want to start an endless discussion here. Just to say that it is very interesting that your throrough investigation has shown that the viewing hadn't been confirmed when I called 3 times the day of the viewing to check, and even though I wasn't able to speak to Daniel directly, one female colleague was able to confirm that the viewing was planned in the system and gave me the postcode for me to go to the viewing. I would never have travelled to the viewing appointment had it not been confirmed. When I phoned up the day after Daniel's no show, the male collaborator I had on the phone also said the viewing was there in the system and that it was weird so he would investigate.
Anyway. The agent doesn't work with you any more so I guess there is no point continuing this thread. This was just very bad customer service.
