Very helpful, gave regular updates on how the application was going and happily answered any questions we had. Emma also gave us helpful tips on what to do when we fisrt move in i.e. note any damages or problems to ensure our deposit is returened when we leave and to set up bills and tv licence. Emma also told us to make sure any changes we want to make should go through the Landlord who she said was very reasonable and was usually happy to allow changes but better to run past him first. Emma made the process quick and stress free!
