Dear all i went to view a property and made an offer and it was rejected i then made an offer of the full asking price after viewing the house again. This was accepted then i paid £600 mortgage fees to get a mortgage in place to purchase the property only to find out the property was not on the market due to the owner saying it is not economically viable to sell the property in the current climate, this was told to me by his solictor and the estate agent was hiding this from me.I was like but why is on sale then. I would not recommend them to anyone as they are totally incapable of even selling a house i would rather o to ryder dutton or other estate agents in the town. I spoke to the manager who was very aggressive and said that he would not give any of my money back and they are not regulated by anyone so i cant complain either, also ashlet and hayley both front desk staff were very aggressive to me and i felt threatened, now i am £600 out of pocket, a total no go area avoid,avoid,avoid,avoid,avoid

SELL HOUSES THAT ARE ACTUALLY FOR SALE NOT LIE TO CUSTOMERS JUST HAVE A STAFF MEETING AND SACK EVERYONE AND START AGAIN HAVE SOME TRAINING IN PLACE GIVE THEM A CLUE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY SELLING SPEND LESS TIME DOING THEIR NAILSAttached Filesnbsp;
