After sweetness and light initially, I was treated with almost nothing but contempt by Greene & Co, being deliberately lied to whenever it did not suit them to tell the truth. The heating did not work, an issue which they knew about prior to my taking the letting. It still took them the whole of November and half of December to fix the issue. More recently they allowed in contractors without permission, at which time damage was done and money went missing. Greene & Co however do not seem to care in the slightest.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated me decently. Stuck to the terms of the letting agreement. Not lied to me.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should not have put up a fight in returning the reservation deposit, when clear defective legal title problems and other legal issues emerged, that undoubtedly affected the material value of the property. They should not also push prospective buyers into placing reservation deposits when they are fully aware that these serious legal issues may well put buyers off from completing the transaction when they come to light. Frankly I expected more integrity and honesty from them, but perhaps I was naive to do so.
