We chose to sell our property through Country Properties primarily due to the professional approach exhibited by James Evans. We were not disappointed. Backed up by very able support staff in the office, multiple viewings were rapidly organised and a significant number of offers on the property obtained. We were kept informed of progress through every stage, until completion.
Dealing with such professionals was a pleasure and I believe resulted in a good value sale for the market conditions that existed. I am convinced the service offered represents good value compared to the much advertised "do it yourself" approach.

Comment on agent fees
The fee structure agreed with the agent was innovative and encouraged a good value for the property. I am concerned that the government takes 20% on top of this, particularly as they gain stamp duty income from the property as well!!
