Would not reccomend, completely avoid. The most unreliable, unprofessional, rude, con artists, lazy, lack even the basic communication skills & bassicly just a complete joke.

Had previously rented before going with these and had no problems with landlords etc. Before, whilst I was with Sellors & Lettors I had the worst experience as a tenant possible, both landlord & agents were reluctant to fixing or solving any problems, on more than one occasion I solved issues myself as they would ignore emails/phone calls. At one point I had to take it the external higher companies to resolve a security issue the property. On checkout they deducted a sum from our deposit claiming the tidying had not been done properly, even after 2-3 days of intensive cleaning. The property was a complete state when we arrived, paint was on furniture such as curtains, the paint job itself was awful (streaks and blotches), the property was never taken care of previously by them so they pointed the finger to us!!!!

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you received. As part of your moving into the property, you did receive a copy of an independently produced inventory listing the content and condition of the property. During your tenancy we did not receive from you, any correspondence regarding any discrepancies with the inventory and state of the property, While some things did break during your time there, repairs where rectified by the Landlady in a timely fashion, and where attended to within seven days, if not less. Upon you leaving the property, the same independent inventory company that checked you in, checked you out In that respect several things where noted and therefore deductions where made from your deposit to make restoration to a satisfactory standard. If you feel you have been unfairly treated, we would be happy to hear the detail of your dissatisfaction, we will then give it our consideration. Please be aware if the situation is not then to your satisfaction, you can contact the ombudsman.

I can't agree with you enough about this company, they are the worst agents I have ever dealt with. They have stolen our deposit after we left the house in excellent condition, they have ignored my husband's emails and phone calls as if he doesn't exist after he questioned them about making up faults that didn't exist.i actually can't believe they run a business. We are still trying to contact them but we are being completely ignored. ...
