Crowell Brook Mill is a very large property comprising three associated dwellings and an extensive garden. It was bought to provide retirement accommodation on one site for parents living some distance from one another. The combination of size and national economic uncertainty has made it a difficult property to sell. Perry Bishop have toiled tirelessly to organise a diverse marketing strategy which has eventually succeeded in selling the Mill. It has not been an easy task and we cannot praise their efforts more highly.
Comment on agent fees
Considering the work undertaken in selling the property, the fees were very reasonable.
