They have the worst managing service. Before letting the apartment they will do everything for you however once you have let the apartment they don't care if something isn't working. During my stay in the apartment I had several maintence issues that they did not come to fix. They are very rude when chased for the work they have not done. They look for ways to take money from your deposit.

We moved to London 2 months ago and have found Prime Portfolio staff to be both to be efficient and helpful.
The first day I met Maggie she promised "hold my hand through the process" and she did!
