My first dealings with the Yateley Branch were when I purchased in Yateley. This experience was very good and gave me a very real feeling of confidence to go back to them when I decided to sell. I was not disappointed in any way in fact I found the whole experience was of the highest possible standard in every respect. I had my own set of difficult issues to deal with at the time and so it was extremely gratifying to find that I was dealing with friendly, helpful and above all professional people who took on board all of my particular requirements in completing the sale as smoothly as possible. Every call I made to them was noted and acted upon and information shared when necessary within the branch. I was impressed by the number of viewings we had and the feedback from each of them was always forthcoming. Their assistance with mortgaging, solicitors, and surveying was offered, and taken up by me, but with no pressure involved.

If I was asked to recommend an Agent I would give Romans of Yately the highest level mark of satisfaction - A++++

What agent could do to change your mind?
As shown above the agent did not communicate very well and I spent all my time chasing them for information. House moving sites tell you that your estate agent should be dealing with the solicitor on your behalf, but if I had not dealt with the solicitor myself I do not think anything would have been done.
