From start of tenancy to the end B&W have been nothing but hopeless, when we moved in they had not done a proper inventory, I spent the time to go around make notes of everything and take potos to make sure that there was a proper inventory done. During the time we were there none of the faults that were pointed out at the start of the tenancy were fixed and when we eventually got contact with the landlord he advised that the Agency had not been in touch with him about things either.
B&W fail to respond to emails or return your phone calls, they frankly lie through their teeth just to get you off of their back.
Now we have left the property and we are still waiting for our deposit and rent refund a month later. To my knowledge B&W do not use any form of Deposit Scheme, which i believe is actually against the law, so it looks like we will be reporting them to the Proprty Ombudsman who they are apparently registered with and taking them through small claims.
Do not use these clowns!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be honest with your customers and try talking to them when you are supposed to.
