No wonder the company shut down and had to change their name! Completely mismanaged our property, tenants ended up not paying rent, deposit not returned and then they demanded over £1000 when we tried to leave them due to the shocking service! It is incredible that you can't rob a bank but it is okay to take money from people under the pretence of offering a service.

clearly written by a member of staff considering these are the issues below and they raise about there rent being on time, yet they have there deposit in a scheme!!! how convenient and ripping the previous member of staff that was spoken about in the previous comment although I haven't ever dealt with her personally notice how they do not jump to her defence ! I wonder how she feels about this......

This or any issue has never been raised with our company? We are members of the DPS and all deposits are held with them. To date we have received no complaints about our service. All landlords receive their rents and again we have never had a problem. I suspect this may be a false review?? If not please call our office and I will be delighted to meet with you personally to discuss any issues. ...

None of these issues have ever been raised with our company, it is impossible to resolve any issues without knowing who the person is writing this review. Some of the content is questionable particularly about the staff member. Staff do progress, get promoted, retrained to take up different roles. We are a member of the DPS and to date there have been no formal complaints about our family run, independent agency! ...
