Foxton\'s lived up to their, rather weak, reputation.

Flashy cars, good small talk, persistent sales staff. Danielle was lovely and called me all the time to see how i was - until i signed the paperwork. Then I felt like i was inconveniencing them every time i called. No one was there to check us in - we even had had to go to the office to collect the keys on moving in day. Danielle said she has checked everything in the flat was working and when i arrived, the oven, the toilet and 6 lights were faulty.

These guys are far from cowboys by they are the bottom of the pile when it comes to chain estate agents.

Very high fees - tesco value service! I have 4 properties i was looking to let with Foxtons, not now.

It is the landlords responsibility the get the apartment ready for the tenant not the agent and the agent actually have very little control over the landlords actions when it comes to the apartment. Other than telling them there are issues and asking them to do something for the new tenant. Sadly some landlords will only do something until the tenant complains.
