I was left numerous times with major problems i.e no heating/hot water for 8 weeks in winter, my patio door literally hanging off i had to tie with string for 6 weeks etc. i was constantly chased for rent even in one day overdue and did not receive my bond back but luckily i was informed that they were well known for this so i did not pay my last months rent
