We have let our property in Whittington Street in Plymouth for the last 5 years, and consistently we have been impressed with the professionalism of all of Bradley's Staff. Any problem is immediately flagged up to us and the maintenance undertaken by Bradley's nominated firms is always reasonably priced and speedily undertaken. Having been Landlords in a small way for 48 years, we recognize the scale of quotes as very competitive indeed.
The annual reports are extensive and reassuring as to the state of the house. When tenants changed, we inspected and were impressed by the hundreds of photos taken to log the condition of every aspect of the house.
After being Do-it-Yourself Landlords for over four decades, we are delighted to let Bradley's Staff do the hard work for what is a very reasonable percentage charge.
