Location was great. But costumer service is uterly awful!! The internet was down most of the time in fact the whole period of tenancy. Imagine doing your assignments without internet! We were promised it was gonna get solved but they did nothing to help! The state of the flat when we moved in wasnt as clean especially the appliances yet they charged us for things that was left cleaner when we moved out! We sent pictures to proved that the things they said was not cleaned is polished inside and out! But they did not take this into account! Also admin fee was taken out from the deposit. So question is what kind of service is this really? A Joke!! Some staff were rude as you expect professionalism when dealing with problems especially.
