I am a Landlord and as such I hope this review helps people to make an informed decision. Belvoir in Swindon are horrible to deal with. We have been living overseas in Australia for five years and went with belvoir because they told us they were overseas lettings specialists. In the beginning they were very good and contact was often and informative. As you can appreciate owning a home from so far a way can be a challenge and information is key.
We were flooded in 2007 and it was all handled professionally.
When we re-let the house in 2008 our usual contact had left and the nightmare began.
Whenever they make a promise to contact you they never do. Then you get a snotty email out of the blue asking why something is not being fixed. Lord knows what our tenants must think of us!
The girls on the phone must always be doing something more interesting than speaking to you because they are constantly trying to end the call. One I add that I wouldn\'t have to make if they would just answer my e-mails!!
There is no organization within the group of staff and every time you speak to them it literally makes your blood boil.
Please please please do yourself a favor and avoid this lot at all costs. They may offer value for money but you\'ll be wishing you paid more and went elsewhere....

Keep in contact more. Attention to detail . Customers are your business. Respect them!
