My flat was broken into and i lost a lot of things that caused a lot of money and i feel unsecured being in this flat anymore since the window is not fixed. Talk to my KFH agent in surrey quays named Lucy, to see if she can help me to fixed the window or if not can she let me move earlier than the contract and her answer is just i couldn\'t care less, that is not my problem thats your problem with the landlord. The problem is my landlord is very hard to reach, so i was hoping that kfh can help me to get hold of him. Lucy come up with a solution where i can use my 6 months break laws so that i an move one month earlier from our end of contract and told us that the landlord will pay back our rent money for the period when we not occupy the flat. (the last month) So, i said we are going to think about it first and then we receive emails asking whether or not we want to use the break laws. So finally we said yes, however after i said yes, few days later i ask her again that she\'s sure that i will get my money back, and her answer is she doesn\'t know, its not her problem and i need to speak to my landlord about asking the money, I was shocked and so i called my landlord but i can\'t get through to him. Few days later, kfh start emailing me saying they want to photograph my flat to put in their website and want to start bringing prospective tenants when we just got broken into and not exactly feeling secured enough to let stangers in to our flat, in addition we still doesn\'t know whether we will get our money or not. So we talked to the manager named SARAH which is the rudest person/manager we have ever encountered. She speaks to us in a very rude way, not giving any solutions instead she blaming everything to us and couldn\'t care less for our incident and problems. All she can think of is to get people in to my flat as soon as possible so that she can earn more money!! Even when we went to her office there\'s no smile on her face and today one KFH agent come to my flat bringing a prospective tenant and i called KFH, unfortunately ended up talking to SARAH/the manager again, to ask whether they have get new tenants for our flat. Because the landlord mentions that if KFH can find a new tenant during the time when we move out t, he will be happy to returned our money. But SARAH\'s answer is "we can\'t get prospective tenants becuase you cant got hold to (in a very RUDE way). The problem is there is only a total of 3 emails which 1 of them is only for photography and the other 2 is to bring prospective tenant in. The only reason why i didnt allow one of them to come in is because its only been a few weeks after my flat was broken into and i allow the other one to come in to see the flat. SARAH in the other hand keeps on saying that we never allow anyone to come in and we are not cooperating with them (in a very RUDE way again) and i told her i let one of her agent in and she keeps on saying no you don\'t until i told her the agent\'s name and her response is OKAY, SO WHAT DO YOU WANT NOW?

I am EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED with KFH\'s way of treating their tenants.

I do not wish to deal with KFH anymore, unfortunately i still need to contact them because i still have contract.

Dear 'disappointed tenant'

I am currently going through a process of letting from KFH and using the same two people. They are being particularly incompetent and rude and I am sympathising with your position. Can you tell me have things been resolved or are you still going through difficulties. I have a feeling I am going to meet some of the same problems. Kind regards Jeffrey
