We contacted Cliftons Estate Agents by phone to enquire about a property, and was told they would get back to us to check whether the Landlord of a certain property would be happy with our suggested move in date. Interestingly, they were about to put the phone down on us before even requesting our own contact details to get back in touch with us. They didn't bother contacting us, so we had to contact them.

We arranged a viewing on a property, which we had to travel many miles for. It turns out we wasted alot of fuel, because we were informed that they would contact us on ASAP on the Wednesday, but have not been in touch since, and now we have now found the property has gone off the market. Nice of them to inform us!

Just another terrible company that don't care about potential tenants. I would avoid at all costs.

Thanks for the incurred fuel costs Cliftons - if you had no intention of us being tenants you could have informed us.
