After having viewed several properties with several different agents we decided to rent a property through Tenant Direct and moved in, in July 2011. The property was an older property and during our tenancy we have had several maintenance issues arise, from a leaking washing machine to the boiler breaking down. We raised these issues with the Property Management Team and were very impressed with the level of service we received. Repairs were organised quickly and carried out within 24 hours. We recieved several calls from the agency after logging the issues keeping us informed as to when repairs would be carried out. We even received a call after works had been completed, to check that everything was ok and we were happy with the works completed. We are now entering are second year at university and have decided to move to a new property closer to the university. We have viewed several properties with TD and have now signed up for a new property. The process of finding a new home has been effortless and the agent who showed us around made sure that she only showed us properties matching our criteria and listened to our needs. She responded to our questions that we had and really gave us the time we needed to come to the right decision. We called the office on a number of occasions and even when Jo was out of the office, we received a call back from her the same day. I have no hesitation in knowing that we have made the right decision to stay with TD for our second year. Both Jo and the Property Management Team have shown they really care about their tenants and make every effort to ensure everything runs smoothly and that if problems arise these are addressed efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending TD to my friends and anyone who is looking for a property to rent.
