Absolutely horrible service, we were nearly left homeless due to them canceling our contract last minute, they told us our previous landlord gave us a bad reference however we were in contact with our previous landlord who only listed wear and tear and was satisfied with us as tenants and even offered to call them again to make it clear to them there was no damages or problems whilst we were with them. They refused to give us our money back and we had to push it a lot to get only some of it back resulting in renting a very small space as our budged dropped drastically. Previous to that we asked them not to call us as we couldn't take personal calls at work or call us at times we specified and asked to email us instead which only happened to tell us they tried calling us and got pissed off if we took longer than 10 minutes to respond, the emails were rude. When we received the last email we visited the branch within 10 minutes and that's when we were told they dropped us. A female manager of the branch at the time who was/is also a part of a housing association or board blatantly lied to us that the lady dealing with our contract called Amy was not in the office and then she walked out of the back 2 minutes afterwards and sat on her desk doing nothing. She did not seem to listen to what we had to say only to what her employee told her which was not in front of us so anything could have been said. It was a really bad experience all around and it felt as it was us versus them rather than cooperating. It was clearly only about them getting paid and did not matter if we got the property or not, I have also heard they will keep properties online so if they get a better offer from someone else they will drop you, which could possibly be what happened to us or just because they didn't like the fact we couldn't respond right away all the time as we were also at work just like them, surely they can't take personal calls whilst at work all the time either? This was at Ocean Village at the Marina. This is only half of it, word of advice stay as far away as you can! Any other agency we went with have been amazing and had no problems at all!
