This estate agency was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Once the offer was made, Ebba Morley was our main contact, and she excelled at moving the process forwards, particularly when the seller was unable to find information/documents. Ebba was always available to speak to or correspond with by email, and she was not in the least bit pushy, but instead very helpful and considerate. I would certainly recommend using them for buying/selling. There is much to be said for dealing with a local estate agent, rather than a national chain.
