Excellent friendly service, always willing to offer advice, and Abdullahi was extremely helpful when I handed in my notice on the flat explaining what I needed to do, how much notice I needed to give. He explained that if they managed to get someone in before my contract was up (I am moving out before the notice period ends as I have purchased a property) then there was a possibility of breaking the contract with the landlady's permission. Helpful and quick to respond. Thanks.
