i previously used this company , and was very disappointed , despite being advised that certain things would be done they never where , I ended up loosing total faith in this company , as it would seem they do not honor their commitments / words.

This agent squandered £146 of me for a tenancy renewal which was never discussed between the landlord & myself. They sent me a new AST to sign, but 2 days later I received an email from them with signed copies of the Repossession Notice to vacate property!!!! Surely ...
