My wife and I had sold our house with Stanford's, what can I say! They did a grand job, right from the beginning giving us advice and taking the pictures making our house look amazing and stand out online. We had our house valued from another estate agent who valued it 25k under what we wanted to get for it, Stanford's team did an open day and we had 3 really great offers and got more than we expected so was really happy! The team at bitterne are always happy to help especially Darren who were great at chasing the solicitors for us aswell. I also had sold my flat with them very recently and again they were on top form, I would highly recommend the professional team!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Naturally I am disappointed you felt the contact & service you were given didn't match your level of expectations. We always endeavour to keep all clients kept fully up to date throughout the process & always help progress matters where possible. Unfortunately, once a sale has been agreed we are at the mercy of the solicitors to progress the legal aspect of the process in a timely manner & we can only pass on information that is obtained from them ...
