They quickly found new tenants, and arranged for them to move in qhilst we were away. The only thing that has let them down is the paperwork not being sent to me in a timely manner. I am atill awaiting the EPC for which I have been charged.

Dear Anjani,
Thank you for your feedback, copies of the necessary documents were sent via email on the day the tenants moved in and again on 30th may 2012. I will contact you by email today to ensure that these have now all been recieved.

We are gald that the move in went well with the new tenants and hope that the tenancy runs as smoothly as possible
