The agent acted in a very unprofessional manner when dealing with my elderly grandparents by trying to make them feel bad about decisions they had made. In addition the agent did not relay key information to the vendor and appeared to make decisions off their own backs.

Whilst we always attempt to make contact, with all people who have made offers on property where they have not been favourable, we are not always fruitful in being able to make contact or leave a message.

unfortunately,they lack communication with clients and fail to give important info,once they have confirmation of the sale/purchase they don't want to know
