I am absolutley sick to death of Pearson Ferrier, we have rented a property with them for just under a year and it has been nothing but a headache.
On viewing the property, they made appointments which they didn\'t turn up for. This should have been a sign, but we liked the house so decided to rent it regardless. This couldn\'t have been a more wrong decision.
Again, the agent arranged to meet us at the house on the morning of the move - but did not turn up! On going to the offices to collect the keys, they couldn\'t find them! That hadn\'t done an inventory which meant the day after we moved in they had to send somebody round to do one - who did turn up surprisngly, however this was due to the fact he didn\'t actually work for Pearson Ferrier.
On moving in, we found the back door of the property was unlocked, and couldn\'t be locked. The bathroom and kitchen were filthy, the oven was disgraceful. Pearson Ferrier had let the landlord to believe that they had paid for this to be cleaned professionally - a big fat lie!
The kitchen floor was cracked and sharp. I can\'t even begin to list all the problems, instead of it being a happy day, it was a nightmare. Since this day, any problems I have had in the house that need to be fixed, have taken months to do so.
A leak in the bathroom last September, has only just been fixed! However, this has left damp in the kitchen which has still not been sorted. Infact, as I write this I am waiting for them to come and fix it, they were meant to be here an hour ago... no surprise, nobody has turned up.
The back door broke again last week and we were left for a whole week without access to the back of the house, Pearson Ferrier didn\'t care that this was an emergency exit.
Pearson Ferrier are absolutley terrible, I will most certainly not be renting through them much longer and strongly advise anybody thinking of renting with them too think twice.

Hi, we have had similar complains with them, they are rude and useless,we have been cheated by them from the beginning, we have been left without heating for 9 days in freezing weather with minimum effort from their side to fix it, they claim to be award winners in their lettings, they are so rude, they have the poorest customer services, we are fed up with them and planning to sue them in small claims court as well as contact the ombudsman, office of fair trading for advise.
