We had called early as soon as a flat was advertised and were told that no viewings were scheduled yet. So we left our number as they had told us they would call as soon as the viewings were out.
They called us after a couple of days, on a monday morning at 10, and we could not pick up that phone because we were at work. They left no voice message, did not send a text. We then called back to hear from them, and they said we would have received an email if we got a booking (which they never asked for), and told us we could not get shortlisted at this moment.
Apart from being completely unprofessional, the agent was extremely rude to us both on the phone. Would never want to rely on them!
