We have been very impressed with the team in general while dealing with our sale. Every care was taken with photographs, video tour and promotion of our home. Communication has been key in our sale and they didn't let us down. Messages always got passed on and quieries dealt with even if the sales progressed was not at work. Thankyou to all including James, who wasn't listed at the time of review.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
