I approach Foxtons to let my flat in Croydon.
I signed an agreement
They never let me know when they had potential tenants in my property.
As we have cameras in the building Reception, and the fob Foxtons had keeps a record of the entries., We could see when they were going in and out of my property, and I can confirm that Foxtons employees were going in (using) & out of my property without potential tenants, but on their own (They had no reason to do so). This is all recorded. they have also used the property's toilet, (more than once), and didn't even flux it!

Comment on agent fees
Fees are extortionate. More that twice that of others and, once you sign the tenant in, you are stuck with them for years .

At best the service we had from Ashley & Ryan (Croydon branch) for our house sale was patronising and reactive. They only responded when we contacted them. At worst they were incompetent and unprofessional.
