We were really happy with the service we received. We dealt with Toby, he was really helpful and explained a lot to us - we had no idea about half of the stuff that goes on with buying a house! It was really nice to deal with estate agents that actually listened to what we wanted rather than just trying to upsell to us, we felt understood as individuals and well looked after.
