Appalling. They have increased the maintenance charge by a massive 43% and asked for £250 in addition for maintenance works. They employ tradesmen at inflated prices for basic maintenance and consequently there are no funds according to their accounts. Totally unprofessional, we have sent several emails requesting reasons for the the increase and the schedule of maintenance work. No surprise we have received no response!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Respond to our emails to, at the very least , allow interaction. Be open and transparent. Train staff to respond to enquiries in a civil manner. Show a little interest in our buildings and arrange meetings at times which allow residents to get to the venue and not at times that are impossible for any resident who is working outside the city centre to attend.
