Arranged to view a property, traveled for 3 hours and arrived only to find out that they had already given the property away and could not arrange any viewings for other properties. The employees of Southern and West have NO consideration for students or customer service as a whole. All these selfish individuals care about is getting their overpriced agency fees. I recommend going to real professional agents such as Frost and Co or Leaders.

This property was not managed by ourselves. We were only employed to find a tenant and then the landlord decided to manage it herself which we did advise the tenant at the time. Therefore I am sorry to advise that we are not able to deal with any maintenance issues that are reported throughout the tenancy, nor were we aware that the property had any issues with regards to any damp. ...
