I am a student and this is the worst agent i have ever met. Not responsible for the whole year. When we met, Connor is so nice, and after I paid the money, they just ignore all my e-mail, once my fridge is broken, i called them, just no reply. Now i have moved out, and try to get my deposit back, Connor has kept ignoring my e-mail, when the time leave, he came and checked, said it is good and i can get my deposit back in 1 week, its been 5 weeks now. just saying I left the property terrible which is not true at all. Never take them as your agent!!!

I am sorry you feel your deposit was not dealt with correctly, however we had liaised with you over numerous emails advising you of the deductions and indeed including the contractors costs. Please note the landlord has indeed covered some of the cost herself and I would advise you clean a property thoroughly before vacating as after 3 visits it became quiet costly for the landlord. The fees for a student are very affordable. As a young professional, they were much higher, however for the property I rented, it makes a lot of sense. I'd say they're pretty accurate and representative of what you get.

Hi, for anyone reading the comment left by orange months later I have no idea who this person is. It was made weeks in advance and my price range has never altered, I asked to see all houses available. No I had not found anywhere else as I didn't need to move until the end of the month and was still viewing the next week. The reason we had to wait for the second viewing was because the person showing us around was doing another viewing elsewhere after the first. Don't make your company look wors ...
